Hoffmann Brothers

I took a chance hiring Hoffmann Brothers for an appliance issue, based on reviews posted online, and I am so happy I did. It has been a very positive experience. Easy scheduling, great communication, and the tech who was dispatched to my job, Cody, was fantastic! He is so very polite, and informative. He brought to my attention all the services Hoffmann Brothers offer, which led me to hire them for another issue I am experiencing at my home - I’m hoping that experience will be as great as this one has been!

Cole was absolutely wonderful! He quickly diagnosed the issue with our washer, ordered the part, and was back in only 2 days to install it. He had another employee with him for the repair— I think her name was Andrea. They both were so friendly and fabulous at their jobs! The company itself is excellent with communication. We were very happy with our experience and will be hiring them again as future needs arise!

Today Amanda R came to install the part that Ethan C had ordered. Because she is new to the company she was accompanied by Matt. Amanda was very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable and had our fridge humming beautifully! So thankful to have it back!! I loved seeing a very capable woman tech in a field that used to be dominated by men!! Ethan was GREAT! Clearly explained what was wrong, the fix, and cost. He was very nice and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. We are new Hoffman Bros. customers and will definitely use them again.

Zach did a great job. He was professional, friendly, and on time. He kept me fully informed about the progress on my project and answered all my questions. Both he and Joe were very respectful of my property and the plumbing was completed quickly and efficiently. I highly recommend both Zach and Joe. Jared and Zach were here today to do the concrete work. They were very professional and friendly. The job was done quickly and well. Both were respectful of my property and time. Thank you for the great job!

Andrew S is an extremely kind, professional, and skilled drain technician. We have had multiple plumbers out to fix a stubbornly clogged upstairs sink. He was the first to be able to break through and clear it! It was not an easy task and required heavy equipment and countless trips from the basement to the second story. Andrew remained positive and supportive throughout the several hour ordeal. Additionally, he did an incredible job of protecting our floors, sinks, vanities, and walls from the mess and equipment. We are thoroughly pleased with his work and thankful for Andrew’s unwavering kindness, patience, and professionalism.

Hoffman Brothers are the BEST with service and repair! Dakota is amazing and we appreciate his knowledge, dedication and going above and beyond what is required. We didn’t expect that and acknowledge how hard it is to find exceptional people to work with! Thank you!

Hoffman always has the best and quickest service. Andrew S was absolutely amazing and worked so hard for a full 6 hours until the job was complete! He was so kind and transparent and I hope we have him again!

I called Hoffman Brothers when my dishwasher wouldn’t drain. Carson arrived promptly on time and was professional in his actions. He was able to get my dishwasher running again. Was very pleased with his service and knowledge.
